Comprehensive Training Program Specialist
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our dealer network. This role is pivotal in ensuring dealer staff have strong knowledge of Kia processes across Service, Warranty, and Parts enhancing brand advocacy and operational efficiency.
About the Role:
* You will develop and maintain high-quality training materials for After Sales departments, ensuring compliance with Kia standards.
* Design and deliver training both face-to-face and via digital platforms including e-learning.
* Conduct training needs analysis and assessments for dealership roles such as Service Advisors, Service Managers, Warranty Administrators, and Parts Managers.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
* Review and update existing training materials in line with Kia standards.
* Create new e-learning content for our Learning Management System.
* Deliver classroom training regionally across the dealer network.
* Ensure all training content meets compliance and brand guidelines.
* Support additional training initiatives as directed by the National Training Manager.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* Minimum 2 years experience in training and development.
* Automotive industry experience desirable.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels of business.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills experience with Articulate 360 desirable.
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel.
* First Aid certificate desirable.
