Led by executive management team, Drs Shobhan & Patricia Manoharan, with more than 15years experience in successful dermatology practice development and service provision to thousands of Australians nationwide.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
An exciting opportunity in a medical administration role to join this flagship clinic. The medical administration team play an integral role to the support of our patients with long term medical management requirements.
**DUTIES**
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Ensuring a professional point of contact for all patients, helping them on their journey with our clinic
- Communicating with specialists to facilitate patient care programs
- Providing information regarding home care packs and treatment pathways to patients
- Treating patients with UVB phototherapy using the dermatologist prescribed settings
- Medicare batching
- End of day balancing
- Ensuring the clinic is well presented, clean and tidy at all times
- Reviewing and sending letters to GPs
- Following up with patients regularly to ensure that they compliant with their prescribed treatment plan
- Ensuring high quality of care is delivered to all patients
- Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients
- Working collectively towards company goals, and individually towards patient goals
- Local outreach and public engagement activities to spread the word about what we do and how we can help.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous medical administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong commitment to patients and outcomes
- A desire to help people with the management of their condition long term
- A strong commitment to business objectives, and flexibility in work hours to achieve best outcomes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks well
