Support Operations Specialist
This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment within our retail team in Sydney.
You will provide seamless support to the team, assisting directors with submissions and property documentation using Adobe InDesign, coordinating marketing campaign materials, preparing reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
* Assist directors to produce high-quality submissions and other property documentation.
* Coordinate marketing campaign materials, including photographers and designers.
* Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and take minutes.
You will also implement client engagement plans and events as required, manage internal communications to the team, and process expenses for the wider team and supplier invoices.
Requirements
* Recent administration experience.
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
* Experience using Adobe InDesign is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet diverse priorities and competing deadlines.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
