Role Overview:
This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a high-growth, performance-led culture as a Fleet Allocator. You will be responsible for managing the daily allocation and live control of local deliveries across our VIC fleet.
* Own daily allocation & live control of local deliveries across the VIC fleet using TransVirtual (preferred).
* Track drivers closely: monitor progress, ETAs, delays, dwell times, and compliance; conduct daily brief/debrief and performance coaching.
