Our client is an established Melbourne boutique law firm. They have a passion for practising law and pride themselves on being able to assist clients with their legal concerns.
The Role
The Commercial Team is very generalist, with an extremely varied practice that provides a wide range of advice to a diverse client base. The team handle standard transactional work including (but not limited to) leasing, sale and purchase of business, company structuring, liquor licensing, IP and gaming. The role will be largely dealing with M&A, corporate advices and property transactions.
You must be confident using PEXA and handling standard property transactions independently.
Strong property experience is essential.
Full PD is available on request to suitable candidates.
