We are looking for passionate graduates, who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our two-year Graduate Program.
You'll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.
Our Graduate Program will provide you with a well-rounded knowledge base with fortnightly technical training to accelerate your career, with 1-1 mentorship from a senior clinician along the way to make sure you are supported as you learn.
Everyday can look different at APM Workcare but as a Graduate Physiotherapist, you will be:
* Completing functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments
* Conducting worksite assessments to interpret the physical demands and environment your client may work in and to understand what duties they can complete to achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
* Collaborating with other health practitioners (including other Allied Health professionals, GPs and Surgeons) through case conferencing
* Coordinating necessary treatment activities for your client incl. Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.
* Reviewing and understanding medical reports e.g. MRIs, X-Rays, etc.

* Hold a degree in Physiotherapy
* Be eligible for full AHPRA membership, upon graduating
* Have graduated in last 12 months or graduating in 2025

* Hold a full drivers' license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
