Synergie Australia is seeking Leading Hands for our client based in Darwin NT. Our client is an Australian-owned construction company delivering high-spec government and Defence projects across Australia and the Pacific. With a growing national presence and a $1 B defence project underway, they're expanding their Darwin site team.
About the Role
You will support site operations across multiple new-build Defence facilities, coordinating trades, enforcing safety and ensuring work is delivered to spec and schedule. Ideal for a hands‐on supervisor looking to step into Defence work.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate site trades
* Maintain WHS and QA standards
* Monitor progress, materials and subcontractor performance
* Report daily to the Site Manager and Project Manager
* Uphold Defence security and site compliance requirements
About You
* Trade-qualified with strong site supervision experience
* Experience on large commercial or government builds
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Clean Police Check; Defence experience preferred
