Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Manager, you will be the face of our company's OEM/ODM business, acting as the key customer-facing expert. Your primary goal is to drive sales and growth by building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering customised solutions to meet their needs across both Australian and international markets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing proposals that address client needs and objectives
* Sharing your time between the office in Melbourne's south-western suburbs and in the field
* Managing the yearly sales forecasts
* Reviewing and improving commercial contracts and pricing to optimise financial outcomes
* Defining and preparing the company's marketing strategy and materials
* Mentoring and developing your direct reports
* Identifying and supporting continuous improvements in commercial processes
* Attending industry events and functions to build market awareness
