About the Role
This is an expression of interest, and we may not have a vacant position in your location at the time you apply. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You will work on a 24/7 rotating roster and may be required to travel to other stations along the Shepparton line within 80km of your home depot.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with ticketing, fare checking and luggage handling
* Maintain trains in a clean and functional state
* Work through service disruptions and emergency situations with professionalism
* Report any equipment or facility issues
