This graduate program is designed to support the career development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in a nurturing organisation.
We are seeking individuals with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to think outside the box.
The program offers job rotations, allowing you to explore different areas and discover where your career can take you.
Salary and Benefits
You will receive a competitive starting salary of $72,951, plus 15.4% superannuation.
Once you complete the program, you will secure a permanent position and a pay rise to $84,028, plus 15.4% superannuation.
As an APS4 officer within the ATO, you can earn up to $91,199 plus 15.4% superannuation.
Job Description
This role involves working alongside experts, receiving mentoring, and on-the-job-training, while building your skills, knowledge, and networks.
You will have opportunities to socialise and network with fellow graduates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for employment under the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affirmative measure, you need to provide confirmation of your Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage.
This includes confirming that you are of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples descent, identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, and are accepted as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
