Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a friendly and professional demeanor that showcases your exceptional customer service abilities.

You will have previous experience in reception and customer service roles, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.

Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office suite and email management are also essential.
