The Role
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with exceptional administrative skills? We are seeking a Composite Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations and Engineering team. This pivotal role will support the day-to-day administration, ensuring smooth project operations and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Operations and Engineering teams with materials planning, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain coordination.
* Support client relationships alongside Sales staff, managing expectations and fostering positive client interactions.
* Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and personnel logistics with Project Managers, ensuring resources are aligned with project requirements.
* Monitor project cost control and prepare regular monthly reports for the Project Managers.
* Produce and archive final project reports, ensuring proper records are maintained.
* Assist in the preparation of client proposals, tenders, and cost estimates.
* Prepare deployment work packs and other documentation to support project execution.
* Coordinate training needs with the Training & Competency Lead to align operational personnel development with company frameworks.
* Provide general administrative support across the Operations Team, including compliance with the Company's Competency Management System.
* Organise freight, logistics, and equipment exports as needed.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
* Proficiency in administration, including report writing and maintaining trackers and documents.
* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Experience in supporting training and competency management processes is highly desirable.
* Working knowledge of SAP is a bonus but not essential.
