We are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator / Project Support to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects across the business.
The Role
This role works closely with our Estimator and Project Managers, supporting the delivery of pricing, planning and project outcomes across the business.
You will be part of a high-performing team responsible for estimating, project support and commercial delivery, with the opportunity to develop practical skills and gain exposure across all stages of the project lifecycle.
The position is designed to build capability over time, providing hands-on experience and structured development in estimating, project coordination and construction methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with quotes, take-offs and tender documentation
* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and pricing submissions
* Assist in preparing methodologies and construction approaches
* Contribute to project programs and planning activities
* Support budgets, cost tracking and forecasting
* Support the development and assessment of variations and claims
* Provide general project and commercial support to Project Managers
About You
* Early career or site-experienced junior within construction, engineering or a related field
* Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a disciplined approach to work
* Motivated, with a willingness to step up, contribute and continuously improve
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
* Competent with numbers, spreadsheets and problem solving
* Proactive, reliable and takes ownership of tasks
