Details: Erindale College is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an administration role which entails a umber of facets of school life. This includes however no limited to, managing student records and attendance processing and procedures. Providing support to our Staffing Officer and our Student Services area. Duties include maintaining records, coordinating compliance documentation and delivering excellent customer service to staff, students and the wider school community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role

This position is an active member of the Erindale College Administration team assisting with the operations of the school business and is accountable to the ACT Education Directorate. This Administration role will work under general direction in relation to established priorities, task methodology and work practices to provide support to the Business Manager in the day-to-day administration of the school in line with school requirement and Directorate priorities

Eligibility/Other Requirements


* Demonstrated high level of administrative skills including the ability to operate a variety of computer programs, databases and other records management systems
* Willingness to learn or demonstrated skills in staffing coordination and administration, including booking relief staff and HR procedures

Note: This is a temporary position available 21 July 2025 until 18 December with the possibility of permanency. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
