About the Role
As an Internal Salesperson, you'll play a vital role in our team, not just as the friendly face that welcomes customers, but as a key contributor to delivering exceptional service and support. Your strengths in handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and sourcing the right products for our customers will be essential to your success in this fast-paced and rewarding role.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
· Answering incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
· Provide exceptional retail sales assistance to all walk-in customers.
· General administrative tasks with attention to detail by following administrative processes and procedures to ensure proper workflow.
· Ensuring the front counter and showroom are kept spotless to ensure an inviting environment for customers.
· Loading customer sales orders and preparing quotes on SAP.
· Completing customer backorder reports.
· Updating supplier purchase order due dates.
· Invoicing goods and managing invoice distribution to customers.
· General filing and administration of paperwork as well as daily banking tasks.
· Assist in stock taking when required.
· Assisting the store person when needed.
· Uphold stringent safety standards and procedures.

As well as the above you MUST HAVE
a current drivers licence.
