About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our energetic Property Management team. You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all properties are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties
* Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
* Handle maintenance requests and liaise with trades
* Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
* Monitor arrears and ensure timely rent collection
* Prepare and attend VCAT hearings when required
* Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and agency policies
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
About You
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in Property Management (preferred)
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate and Driver's Licence
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Valid work visa or Australian work rights are required for this position
* Senior level property management experience is required for this role
* A professional, positive, and proactive attitude
