You will work closely with an experienced Payroll Manager who takes pride in doing things the right way. This team values accuracy, compliance and initiative in equal measure.

We are seeking an experienced iChris Payroll Professional on an initial 6‐month fixed‐term contract, with potential to be made permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end‐to‐end payroll across weekly pay cycles.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all payroll transactions.
- Interpret and apply relevant awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Resolve payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll records and support audit and reporting requirements.
- Identify process issues and proactively bring solutions to the team.
About You
- Demonstrated end‐to‐end payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in iChris / Chris21 (strongly preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with a compliance‐first mindset.
- A proactive, solutions‐oriented approach — not just raising problems, but coming with answers.
- Immediately available or on a short notice period.
