Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic/office.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service requirements.
Maintain records, invoices, agreements, and other administrative documents.
Handle inventory of office and clinic consumables, ensuring timely replenishment.
Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and logistics activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and address operational issues promptly.
Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
Assist management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or office management.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
