Responsibilities
As a Leading Hand, you will set the standard on site—providing guidance to your crew, ensuring safe and efficient scaffold builds, and working closely with supervisors to deliver high‑quality outcomes. Your leadership, communication, and commitment to safety will be key in driving team performance and project success.
Requirements
* High Risk Work License (SA)
* Working at Heights (within 2 years)
* Confined Space (within 2 years)
* Construction White Card
* Valid Australian Work Rights
* Must currently reside in Perth, WA.
* Ability to Pass Medical and ongoing Drug & Alcohol Screening
