Highlands Healthcare is seeking a casual Administrative Assistant for permanent hours, Monday-Friday.
40 hours/week with immediate start available.
The right applicant must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, provide a welcoming environment through positive patient interaction, have the ability to prioritise tasks, manage a high-flow patient volume and efficiently manage a busy doctors schedule. You need to be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Experience in medical administration is essential with experience using Gentu/Genie preferable but not essential.
