About the Role
As part of our team, you will:
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our Hotel and Club
* Clean guest rooms and public areas to ensure guest comfort and safety
* Prepare rooms in accordance with guest requirements
* High sense of self pride and personal appearance
* Support daily housekeeping and maintenance operations
* Monitor surroundings and take a proactive approach to tasks
* Work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
* Deliver memorable moments for our members and guests
What Success Looks Like
Our successful candidates will:
* Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
* Take pride in personal presentation and their quality of work
* Be self-motivated, energetic, and able to work efficiently at pace
* Bring strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to maintaining standards
