* About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Account Manager to work with top tier clients on social media strategy and implementation, managing team output and working with clients to ensure KPIs are effectively met.
* Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day client relationships, projects, and expectations.
2. Support Account Directors and Client Services Directors with clients' marketing and advertising strategies, representing the agency as subject matter experts and driving recommendations.
3. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
4. Accountability for budgeting and resource workflow under the direction of the Client Services Director.
5. Work with teams to create and drive effective social media plans and strategies.
6. Oversee creative and social teams on content ideation and production.
