PT $27.7526 - $32.6974 plus 12% superannuation 
About The Role 
NCN Health is seeking an Intake Administration Assistant to join our Allied Health and Chronic Disease Intake team. This position provides high level administrative and clerical services within the NCN Health Intake Team. The role involves working collaboratively with intake staff and clients in the community, timely processing of incoming referrals, and confidential management of medical records in accordance with the NCN Health Intake process. The position may also support front reception during busy periods and break times as directed by the Manager Allied Health & Chronic Disease. 
About You 
Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory) 
Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended) 
Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent, or previous experience in an administrative role in a health setting 
Ability to work in a busy office environment with demanding and changing workloads and competing priorities 
Ability to maintain accurate data in client records with strong attention to detail 
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, including ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds 
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and ability to learn new systems 
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing 
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure 
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work unsupervised
