Customer Banking Specialist Role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Banking Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and make a real difference in people's lives.
As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and Branch Managers to achieve outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to ask the right questions, and find the right solutions to act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything they do. They will also be passionate about delivering service excellence, comfortable working independently, and able to refer customers to other specialist team members when necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations
* Working with customers to help them use in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Assessing customers' financial needs and identifying changes
* Proactively calling customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check or an appointment with a specialist
