We are currently partnering with the audit division of a leading international professional services firm, widely respected for their work with both privately owned & publicly listed businesses.
As a part of their succession planning program, they're looking to appoint an experienced and driven Partner to lead the Audit team across the greater Sydney region.
The Opportunity
As Partner of Audit, you will play a critical leadership role within the NSW region. This is a rare chance to take ownership of an established client portfolio whilst contributing to further business development, contributing to strategic decision‐making and direction, and be supported in developing your career further within one of Australia's most dynamic and fast‐growing Professional Services environments. You'll work closely with experienced Partners across Australia, and have access to exceptional national resources and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage an existing portfolio of clients, with a focus on further business development
* Mentor and develop a high‐performing local team.
* Build strong client and referral relationships within the Sydney region.
* Drive operational efficiencies and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.
* Work collaboratively with other service lines across the national network.
About You
* CA/CFP or similar qualified with 10+ years' in Audit with either mid‐tier or Big 4 firms
* Strong technical expertise
* Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business development.
* Ready to step into a senior leadership position, or already operating at a Partner or Director level
