* Provide exceptional customer service as a point of contact, resolving queries and complaints efficiently.


About the Role

The Customer Service and Administration Supervisor is responsible for leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and efficient administrative functions.


Main Objectives:

* Serve customers effectively by responding to their needs in a timely manner.
* Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, guiding them to meet performance targets.
* Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
