It also contributes to the development and implementation of effective data collection and reporting systems in relation to mandatory and other reporting requirements of the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist and undertakes research and projects as required.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate notifiable incidents, standards of psychiatric care in mental health services, and outcomes for mental health consumers using qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation tools.Undertake data analysis, interpret data, prepare reports, and make recommendations in relation to monitoring, evaluation, and research projects.Contribute to the development and implementation of an effective data collection and reporting system in relation to the mandatory and other reporting requirements of the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist.Plan and manage projects relevant to the work plan of the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist.BenefitsStudy leave/assistanceOption to purchase additional leaveExtensive employee wellness programFlexible working hours including flexible start/finish timesLeadership and professional development programsA competitive, award-based salaryFurther information about the position can be found in the attached job description form (JDF).
