**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Brand to join our Food's business on a 10 month parental leave cover. This is an outstanding opportunity to execute and lead one of the fastest growing categories in FMCG and take full ownership of our Noodles portfolio, strategy, comms and innovation pipeline.
You will act as the Brand and portfolio thought leader across the Noodles pillar to drive innovative solutions to support the Maggi brand that has great potential to grow - this is a truly unique opportunity to work in an innovative team that delivers the future of Food.

**A day in the life**
- You will manage our Noodles portfolio that accounts for 80% of Maggi sales in AU, driving strategy, marketing and commercial activities of our brand in delivering market leadership in focused B2C channel
- You will drive I&R pipeline supported by strong insights and data analytics, from ideation through to commercialisation with leadership of first to world innovation in sustainability and product innovation
- You will be pivotal in the activation of the customer and consumer brand activities and lead communication for product launches
- Your role with be essential in managing relationships with local agencies, including packaging and creative agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Insights and Supply chain - in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia
- You will have opportunity to report directly to the Head of Marketing and have day to day direct stakeholder management opportunities with the Foods management team and Business Executive Officer (BEO)
- You will have an ABM supporting on the Noodles portfolio reporting directly to the Head of Marketing - having a resource to support and an opportunity to develop your coaching skills
**What will make you successful**
- We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic and enthusiastic brand lead who is comfortable energising and driving the focus of the cross-functional team to deliver exceptional results.
- Experienced brand manager (3-5 years) with proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
- Financial acumen, P&L management and creative problem solving is a must to excel in the role
- Innovation leadership - solid experience in new product development including concept creation, new product development and commercialisation into market.
- A proven track record creating marketing strategies and implementation, NPD and ATL campaign management experience
- Tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen in project and portfolio management.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills needed to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party providers across Malaysia, Australia & New Zealand.
