**HVAC Team Lead – Commercial HVAC Services

Our client is a well-established provider of commercial HVAC service and maintenance, operating across the Sydney metropolitan area.
Their work covers a variety of complex environments including high-rise, medical facilities, government buildings, and other static commercial sites. The company is focused on quality service delivery, safety compliance, and long-term client relationships.
As part of ongoing growth in their technical services division, they are seeking an experienced HVAC Team Lead to oversee and support a team of technicians, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC service technicians
* Coordinate and oversee day-to-day service operations including reactive and planned maintenance
* Assist with workload allocation and scheduling to ensure timely service delivery
* Support quality control and adherence to safety and compliance standards
* Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive team performance
About You The successful candidate will have:
* Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent trade qualification
* Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC service roles
* Proven leadership experience, preferably supervising or mentoring technicians
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work proactively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
* A commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
