**About the Role**
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the objective of this diverse role is to assist with all HR related tasks including but not limited to resourcing, onboarding and organising applicable training programs and events.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working in close collaboration with the wider HR team to provide dedicated support to all employees, including supporting and promoting a thriving workplace culture.
- Coordinating new employee inductions including collecting all paperwork, issuing induction documents, and following up on induction checklists.
- In conjunction with the HR manager, maintaining the accuracy of employee data in the various systems and ensuring all changes are made in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the publishing of role advertisements on recruitment platforms.
- Coordinating, booking, and accurately recording training and professional development opportunities.
- Active participation in the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) committee including completing ad hoc admin tasks associated with OHS in the office as required.
- Introduction to the drafting of employment letters and contracts.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Relative qualifications in Human Resources
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A positive can do attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS office
