Belgravia Leisure has recently been awarded the contract to manage the operations of Warragamba Swimming Pool on behalf of Warragamba Shire Council.
**The Roles**
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team. You will have a passion for safety around the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time. We seek individuals that available to work weekends and during our peak seasons.
**We have the following roles available, with specific qualifications required as follows**:
- ** Lifeguards**: Pool Lifeguard Award
- ** Learn to Swim Teachers**:Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Licence or equivalent
Positions are on a full, part-time or casual basis, and will range from 10 to 40 hours a week. Our centres have also been listed as COVID-Safe venues, and we take the health, safety and wellbeing of team members very seriously.

Skills & Attributes:
- Energetic, innovative and decisive teaching style
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
- Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
