We’re looking for a proactive Claims Advisor to take ownership of a portfolio of SA CTP personal injury claims, driving fair outcomes with empathy, confidence, and great judgement. What you’ll be doing (and why it’s awesome) You’ll manage claims end‑to‑end, from lodgement to resolution, balancing customer care with smart, compliant decision-making. Own your portfolio of complex personal injury claims and drive timely, cost‑effective outcomes. Make things happen: negotiate outcomes with claimants, solicitors, and service providers across pre‑proceedings and litigated matters. Use your judgement: review medical, financial, investigative and rehab information to keep claims moving and manage exposure. Collaborate with specialists (Injury Management, Technical, Fraud/Investigations, Recoveries and others) to build strong claim strategies. Work with authority: make timely decisions within your delegation and back them with evidence. Stay ahead: keep files tight, proactive, and on-track with legislative timeframes and quality standards. Help shape better ways of working by spotting process improvements and sharing what works. You’ll thrive here if you… Have experience in personal injury claims (CTP, Workers Comp, liability, or similar). Communicate clearly and confidently — and can negotiate without losing the human touch. Think analytically, manage detail well, and can prioritise competing deadlines. Bring empathy, resilience, and professionalism to every interaction. Have (or are working towards) Cert IV in Personal Injury Management (desirable). Ready to make a difference?
