Morgan Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker/Personal Assistant to join our friendly team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our insurance office, providing exceptional service to our clients, and supporting our brokers in delivering quality outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site position with genuine opportunities for growth within our business.

What you'll be doing

* Providing administrative support to our insurance team, including data entry, document management, and filing
* Handling client enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
* Answering and directing a high volume of inbound calls
* Lodging new claims and assisting clients through the claims process
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
* Maintaining and updating our client and policy databases
* Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the broader team

What we're looking for

* Previous administration or office support experience (insurance industry experience preferred but not essential)
* A friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy office environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong eye for detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
