About the Role:
* Manage job flow and provide regular progress update to the relevant stakeholders.
* Assist with set ups of companies and trusts.
* Prepare client files and workpapers.
* Liaise with the ATO and other relevant authorities regularly.
* Ability to attend to ASIC matter confidently and diligently.
* Coordinate client meetings and take minutes.
* Identify operational process inefficiencies, develop & implement policies and procedures.
* Assist with manning the reception and other administrative duties as and when required.
About You:
* Must have at least 3 years of prior work experience in administration and client relationship coordination.
* Or, if new to the workforce, a diploma or degree in accounting related disciplines (or working towards) preferred.
* An understanding of public practice is desirable.
* Proven experience or desire to build client liaison and administrative skills.
* Proven experience of working in a people focused and collaborative team culture.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
* Passionate for continuous learning and acquisition of new skills.
* Tenacious and committed to develop within the role.
* Must have the legal rights to live and work in Australia.
