Overview
We are a property management team expanding in the Mackay region and seeking dedicated individuals to join our top-tier team. This role is designed for someone with enthusiasm and energy to make a positive impact in property management. The position is remote with support from the Senior Property Manager on a day-to-day basis and oversight from the Principal for guidance to focus on day-to-day portfolio needs.
Responsibilities
* Take on the responsibility of building and maintaining the management portfolio.
* Conduct routine inspections and inspections of properties for rent.
* Conduct thorough entry/exit inspections and routines.
* Regularly communicate with landlords and tenants.
* Ensure properties are promptly listed for rent.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months residential property management experience is required.
* Excellent understanding with Property Me; Real Inspect Real Estate is preferable.
* Provide a high level of customer service to valued clients, tenants, and co-workers.
* Excellent knowledge of relevant governing legislation.
* Have a current Real Estate Registration and a clean driver's license.
* Current Real Estate Registration must be held at the time of application.
* Demonstrated determination to win new business and build strong connections with new owners.

The package includes a vehicle allowance (until you qualify for a company-supplied vehicle), superannuation, and a mobile phone. We are open to part-time arrangements; please indicate your needs. We are located in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gladstone, with strong growth ambitions to open more locations throughout the year.
