The role:
We currently have an opportunity for an exceptionally motivated hospitality leadership professional to join our team on a full-time basis at ACH Group's Residential Care Home Perry Park, located in Port Noarlunga. As the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will proudly take the ownership of the daily hotel services operations, ensuring great resident hospitality experiences while overseeing compliance and meeting financial goals across food, dining and housekeeping operations, resident experiences & consumer satisfaction.

What you'll do:
Management of catering, dining experience, cleaning and laundry
Lead a team and drive culture that genuinely puts hospitality at the heart of what they do
Continually drive a team to create and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Support a positive environment, challenge the status quo and inspire your team to do the same
Continually seek improvements, identifying and addressing gaps
Manage the hospitality budget for the home
Lead and coordinate all hotel services at Perry Park—including domestic cleaning, laundry, catering—to ensure seamless service delivery.
Mentor, schedule, and supervise a team of support staff; manage rosters, workloads, and leave.
Uphold care standards, compliance, and infection control in line with ACH policy and aged care regulations.
Partner with health & care teams to align hotel services with resident needs and preferences.
Deliver training, performance reviews, and foster a positive workplace culture that exemplifies ACH values.
Monitor resource use and budget, report on service KPIs, and pursue continuous service improvements.
Actively contribute to resident satisfaction through direct engagement and feedback.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-equipped physical environment within Perry Park.
Essential Experience & Skills
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality, hotel services, or care operations—ideally in aged care.
A sound understanding of hospitality standards applied in a health or residential aged care environment.
Strong leadership and people management capability, including rostering and team development.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to high quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with infection control, WHS practices, and applicable industry regulations.
Formal qualification in hospitality, aged care, or leadership (e.g., Cert IV).
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with rostering or care management systems preferred.
A valid Working with Children and Vulnerable People check (or equivalent) and a current police clearance.
Desirable Experience
Experience with budget management and procurement within service operations.
Previous exposure to person-centred care models in a residential setting.
Practical knowledge of quality frameworks and accreditation processes in aged care.
About You
The role demands a person with outstanding communication skills and ability to building strong relationships with people and stakeholders at all levels, along with:
Experience leading with emotional intelligence, coach and mentor your team to ensure they have the right skills to effectively run the hospitality operations of the site
Experience in the management of hotel, airline lounge, other aged care residential homes or
similar professional experience
Skills to provide feedback on performance and lead succession planning processes for team members
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and implement transformative change within teams and organisations
Proven customer engagement and complaint resolution approach
Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office suite and learn multiple databases
Excellent communication and customer service skills to deal with a wide range of customers
A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
