**The Opportunity**
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to work along side one of the principles and assist him with a broad range of tasks. This is a very unique role as no two days are the same. Some of your responsibilities include;
- Diary management
- ASIC compliance
- Liaison with government officials
- Coordinate and manage travel
- Arranging client meetings and managing bookings, meeting rooms
- Execute expenses, timesheets and invoices
**About you**
- Experience in bookkeeping
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an office administration role
- Familiar with MYOB, Now Infinity
- Excellent organisation, timekeeping and prioritisation skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
