We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to manage our kitchen food budget, cook nutritious meals for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old, and consider dietary requirements.
* Implement weekly menus with four-week rotations, adhering to our Food and Nutrition policy.
* Organize bulk food orders, daily shopping for fresh produce, and maintain kitchen supplies.
* Verify the accuracy and freshness of food deliveries, ensuring proper storage as per our Food Safety Plan.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering stimulating educational programs. A positive, nurturing individual with experience in childcare is essential for this role.
