The Position
As a support worker, you will work with our multidisciplinary team in a hands-on client-facing role.
* Personal care
* Medication assistance

Essential Criteria:
* Must have Certificate III or IV in assistant nursing, disability, individual support, or a similar field
* Previous experience with clients with complex / high needs.
* Complex/high needs client experience must include work with behavioural support needs, physical disabilities, or mental health conditions
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
* Australian unrestricted driver's license
* Insured and registered vehicle
* Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
* Working with children check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Current first aid certification
* NDIS worker screen
* Smartphone with internet access
* Excellent communication skills
* COVID-19 vaccination
* Availability between 7 am and 10pm (No Night Shifts)
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for work authorisation
