Job Title: Learning and Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and spearhead the planning and execution of technology-focused project-based learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing both individual and organisational capacities.
This includes delivering training related to information and communication technology (ICT), digital communications, and other technology-driven areas.
The successful candidate will have experience with ERP platforms, proficiency with digital adoption and eLearning tools, and strong capability in learning management systems and advanced MS Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting training needs analysis
* Developing and managing training environments
* Leading and coaching training teams and business SMEs
* Coordinating train-the-trainer programs
* Ensuring high-quality instructional design across eLearning, classroom, and digital formats
