About the role:
Provide clear, practical advice, manage complex applications and reviews, and help drive continuous improvement across processes, communications and projects.
Advise on
licensing applications, statutory interpretation, administrative law issues, and
regulatory policy.
Support internal and external review processes for
licensing decisions .
Support the Director
in leading the Licensing and Registry teams.
The ideal candidate:
Sound administrative law judgment and ability to make practical, defensible recommendations in complex frameworks.
Proven ability to write clearly for senior leaders and committees and communicate confidently with practitioners and regulators.
Strong organisation and project management skills, including meeting statutory deadlines
Comfortable operating in a stakeholder-heavy environment and influencing outcomes with professionalism and discretion.
