* Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
* Organize lease signings, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Inspection software to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
* Maintain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and drive improvement.
* Onboard new management teams, providing comprehensive training and support.

Requirements:
* Possess 1+ years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property legislation.
* Demonstrate knowledge of property legislation, including laws and regulations governing rental properties.
* Hold a current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration, as well as a valid Australian Driver's License and vehicle.
* Showcase people management experience, with a focus on leadership, communication, and teamwork.
* Demonstrate responsibility and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
* Work effectively under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
