You will lead business analysis activities across agile delivery teams, working on large-scale applications and complex systems. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis in pre-discovery, discovery, design, and delivery phases. Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops. Document business problems and root cause analysis. Translate business needs into actionable outcomes and user stories. Ensure solutions meet regulatory and legislative standards. Mentor junior team members and foster a positive team culture. Essential Criteria Strong documentation and business writing skills. Skilled in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proven experience in process improvement and capability uplift. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Criteria Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field. Experience with ServiceNow and bespoke applications. Understanding of system integration and public sector practices.
