Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Mass Market Collections Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for administering the payment reminder and escalation processes across the mass market portfolio, including residential, small business, and Embedded Network (EN) customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and obtain a customer focus ethic.
This is a 360-degree role that includes managing payment plans, extensions, and failed payments with the objective of minimizing outstanding balances while ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulatory obligations.
