On-Demand Document Review Lawyers / Reviewers
Location: Remote or Onsite
Engagement: Contract | Short-Notice | As-Needed
Elevate is expanding its Project Bench and we're looking for talented Document Review Lawyers/Reviewers who can step in quickly to support high-volume review projects for leading corporate and law firm clients.

What You'll Do
Conduct first-level, second-level, and QC document reviews.
Review for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and issue tags per project protocols.
Perform PII/PHI identification for data breach matters.
Work efficiently within established workflows and accuracy standards.
Communicate proactively with Project Leads on progress and escalations.
Maintain high-quality output in large, time-sensitive matters.
Mobilise rapidly for urgent projects (often within ***** hours).
What We're Looking For
Experience in document review or eDiscovery (law firm, ALSP, or in-house).
Proficiency in platforms such as Relativity (preferred), Nuix, Canopy, or EDT.
Data breach review experience highly valued.
Strong grasp of relevance, privilege, and confidentiality principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Reliable remote working setup.
Full working rights in Australia.
Qualifications
Law degree preferred (lawyer and non-lawyer reviewer roles available).
Australian practising certificate required for lawyer-level reviews (where applicable).
Availability
Able to join projects at short notice (same-day or next-day).
Flexible working hours aligned with project demands.
Open to both short-term and multi-week engagements.
