Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant with strong communication and time management skills. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing enquiries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring a smooth schedule for our technicians.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and handle incoming calls and customer enquiries in a friendly and skilled manner.
* Provide accurate quotes based on customer needs and service details.
* Convert potential customers into confirmed bookings through excellent customer service.
* Schedule and organise daily bookings, assigning them into efficient day‐to‐day runs for our cleaning technicians.
* Maintain and update our booking system accurately and in a timely manner.
* Liaise with technicians to ensure they are well‐prepared and informed of their schedules.

Requirements

* Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within a service‐oriented business.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently within a booking system and coordinate schedules effectively.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Basic computer proficiency, particularly with booking systems and customer management software.
* Experience within the servicing industry.
