Structural Engineer / Draftsperson / Project Manager (Telecommunications)

With continued growth across Tier 1 client programs, we are seeking a highly capable and multi-disciplinary professional to join our Telco division.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer / Draftsperson / Project Manager to take ownership of design, documentation, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of telecommunications infrastructure projects.
About the Role
This role will see you working across the full project lifecycle, including concept development, structural design, drafting, and project delivery.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of:
* Greenfield and brownfield telecommunications sites
* Tower, monopole, and structural upgrades
* Compound extensions and associated civil/structural works
* Equipment installations and infrastructure modifications
Key Responsibilities
* Structural design and certification of telecommunications infrastructure
* Preparation of detailed design drawings and documentation (AutoCAD or similar)
* Interpretation of client specifications, scopes, and engineering requirements
* Project coordination from design through to construction delivery
* Liaison with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Site inspections and technical support during construction
* Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards and client requirements
About You
* Demonstrated experience within telecommunications infrastructure (essential)
* Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD or similar)
* Strong understanding of steel, concrete, and foundation design
* Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* RPEQ / CPEng (or working towards)
* Experience with Telstra / Amplitel / Indara standards and processes
* Exposure to temporary works, rigging, and construction methodologies
