Responsible for the sewing, draping, lace placement, hand sewing, and finalising of all client dresses, this also includes altering dresses after a client fitting, making sure it is perfect before their wedding
- Responsible for Quality Control of every client and sample dress
- Able to provide training to other team members, offer solutions and brainstorm new processes
- Responsible for communicating and liaising with inhouse and/or external manufacturers to ensure all processes are being followed, and the products that are being created are of a high quality
- Using the feedback from our clients and sales team to plan and develop new and efficient ways of delivering our existing products to the market
Minimum 3 years prior custom bridal experience required.
Minimum Bachelor Degree required.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
