Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced level of psychology clinical knowledge and expertise to promote the disciplines' clinical input across the therapies provided.
* Provide professional leadership to the psychologists working within the service, including the provision of advanced level professional leadership, clinical training, and clinical supervision.
* Lead and manage identified clinical staff by fostering and committing to patient safety, quality, and innovation in the delivery of therapeutic treatment.
Requirements
* Advanced level qualification in Psychology.
* Relevant experience in leading and managing teams.
* Proven ability to provide high-quality clinical services and leadership.
