Senior Commercial Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled commercial professional to fill a Senior Commercial Specialist position.
* Identify and understand customers' needs and business opportunities within contracting and tender processes.
* Provide timely, accurate, and commercially focused advice on contractual issues.
* Review and optimize business outcomes through sub-contract administration, commercial risk analysis, insurance monitoring, reporting, and control.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in commercial contract management, preferably within a legal or regulatory environment.
* Strong understanding of Australian contract law and regulatory frameworks.
* Relevant qualifications in law, commerce, or business (law qualifications highly regarded).
* Current work rights in Australia.
